This former meditation dôjô located on an island was transformed into a timeless lodge to offer a true journey into the heart of the Japanese art of living.
The last century furniture and the subdued lighting create a special atmosphere to bring us into a serenity moment.
After your first night on the tatami mats, wake up with the whisper of the wind in the land of the rising sun. Order a Japanese brunch served discreetly on the outdoor table overlooking the waterway.
Take time to compose your first haiku inspired by the moment or leaf through one of the Zen books to discover other horizons of thought.
The next day, you can join the o furo island for a truly rejuvenating forest bath as has always been done in traditional Japan.
